Planning an event or meeting in Bloomington?

 

The Cascades Inn Sycamore Room, the adjoining Maple Room, and our Courtyard Garden. The Sycamore Room is over 1000 square feet and can hold a maximum of 80 people, depending on the configuration. It has hardwood floors and floor to ceiling windows. The Maple Room is 500 square feet and can hold a maximum of 60 people. The two rooms are separated by french doors.

 

The Courtyard Garden is 10,000 square feet with a large central area, surrounded by walkways through garden beds of trees, bushes, grasses and flowers, fountain, and includes a gazebo with 2 large barbecues.

 

Rent for the Sycamore and Maple Rooms includes tables, chairs, and table cloths. The rate is for the whole day 8am until 8pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights.

 

Included with the Sycamore and Maple Rooms is access to the Cascades Inn lobby and lounge with fireplace, sofas and chairs, a free library with books, magazines and board games, and a children's corner with crafts, games, and children's books. Or your guests can stroll the courtyard gardens.

 

There is no catering requirement.

 

A projector and screen or 42" monitor are available.

The Cascades Inn has free, off-street parking and guest rooms are available. Cascades Inn is located on the near north-side of Bloomington, just north of the intersection of North Walnut Street/College Avenue and the State Road 45/46 Bypass, with easy access to I-69/State Road 37.

 

We are only a half mile from the north entrance to Indiana University and the IU Memorial Stadium and Assembly Hall, and only 1.5 miles from downtown Bloomington.

Pricing is easy! No guesswork:

 

Rate is for all day, for use of both rooms (Sycamore Room and adjoining Maple Room). Also, see Weekday Meeting Special Hourly Rates below.

                       

$200 for all day SUNDAY through THURSDAY till 8pm

 

$300 for all day FRIDAY till 11pm

 

$400 for all day SATURDAY till 11pm

 

$75 per hour for additional hour up to 12am

Weekday Meetings Special:

 

Cascades Inn is a great option in Bloomington for meetings for your group or smaller, shorter events.  Only $50 per hour (up to 4 hours), Monday - Thursday. Ask about availability over the weekend.
