The Branson/Lakes Area is so known
because of its three pristine lakes: Table Rock, Taneycomo and Bull
Shoals. Water sports enthusiasts can swim, water ski, wakeboard,
tube, boat, sail, scuba dive, jet ski, parasail, kayak, and of
course, fish. The lakes' waters never freeze, welcoming visitors'
activities year round. All three lakes offer camping and RV parks,
and easy access to the water at a number of public marinas and boat
docks/launch areas. Several commercial marinas offer fishing guide
service and a wide range of boat rentals including ski boats,
pontoon boats, bass boats and wave runners. Many of the resorts on
the three lakes offer guide service, outfitters, rental boats and
private dock facilities for visitors' boats as well. |

Boating :Table Rock State
Park allows you to launch your boat onto the lake.
There are no fees, and all of the surfaces are
concrete or asphalt. There is a boat ramp located
near the open picnic shelter and park office. There
are Missouri State Water Patrol regulations that
watercraft riders and boaters must follow . |

Scuba Diving
The clarity of the water makes Table Rock Lake a
popular place for scuba diving. Diving equipment can
be rented or purchased at the marina and beginning
and advanced scuba courses are offered. |

 Golf
:Branson home to the Stars and Many beautiful
Landscaped Golf Courses. If you are considering a
week-end trip, a week, or a month and golf is on
your menu Branson's the place to be. Along with the
music shows the shopping and the fine restaurants
Branson offers golf at every corner from the
countryside to the lakeside and right in the middle

 Jet
Ski /Wave Runner :Located on the Long Creek arm of
Table Rock Lake, Cricket Creek Marina is surrounded
by the best water sports on the lake. While on other
areas of the lake, wind chop and boat wakes create
horrible conditions for skiing, the water at Cricket
Creek Marina is often glassy smooth due to the
protection provided by the high hills surrounding
the area. Skiers from several miles up the lake come
to the Cricket Creek to find these conditions. As
most lakes, conditions are best in the early
mornings and in the evenings and will vary depending
on day of week. Weekdays, skiers can count on
excellent conditions most of the day. |
